Refund & Cancellation Policy
for XF-Services LLC
Effective Date: Feb 1, 2026
1. No Refund Policy
- All payments made to XF Services LLC are non-refundable once the service has started.
- Due to the nature of digital services, time and resources are allocated immediately upon project initiation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel services by providing 30 days’ written notice.
- Services will continue during the notice period, and applicable charges will still apply.
3. Pre-Service Cancellation
- If a client cancels before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and possible legal action.
5. Payment Obligations
- Any outstanding payments must be cleared even if services are discontinued.
